Admissions to our BTEC National Extended Level 3 Diploma in Musical Theatre are by audition. On the day of their auditions, all candidates will take part in a jazz dance class and a one-on-one interview with one of the MTS coaches. In addition, each candidate will be required to prepare a monologue and a song. Each piece should be no longer than 1-2 minutes and fully memorised. Candidates should also be prepared to discuss both their monologue and song. Candidates will also be expected to provide sheet music for their songs (either taped together or in a folder) and a pianist will be provided.
